Keepmoat development branding and literature design

The Rise is one of the most important urban regeneration projects in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

It’s a one-off partnership project by Keepmoat Homes and New Tyne West Development Company, so they were keen for it to be given its own unique identity across all the marketing material.

Skratch created the development branding and a range of designs for the brochure, sales literature, signage and use online. The design work all focussed around a series of phrases which incorporated the Rise name.
